Higher Royalties

We believe authors should be fairly rewarded for their work.

Digital Books

• Books priced at £2.00 and above: Authors receive 80% of the sale price
• Books priced below £2.00: A fixed £0.30 platform fee applies per sale

You retain ownership of your work at all times.

No Exclusivity

You remain free to sell your books through your own website, Amazon, Kobo, Apple Books, and other retailers.

Listing your books with Harberd & Co does not require exclusivity.

Dedicated Author Support

We work directly with authors and publishers to ensure your books are presented professionally and accurately.

Reader-Focused Discovery

Our goal is to help readers discover books they might otherwise miss through curated collections, recommendations, and author spotlights.

What Can Be Sold?

We currently accept:

• Ebooks (EPUB)
• PDF Books
• Audiobooks
• Physical Books (subject to separate arrangements)

If you have another format you'd like to offer, please contact us.

Rights & Ownership

You keep full ownership and copyright of your work.

By listing your books with Harberd & Co, you grant us permission to market and sell the formats you provide. All intellectual property rights remain yours.

Payments

• Royalties are paid monthly.
• Detailed sales records are available upon request.
• Payments are made via your preferred payment method where available.
